Leaping across an abyss-like section of the Mati River, this 180 meter reinforced concrete arch is one of the highest spans in northeast Guizhou Province. The sharp dropoff in the terrain has resulted in a bridge with a total length of just 327.6 meters long. The arch has a rise of 32 meters for a span to rise ratio of 5.6 to 1. The main arch ribs are 7.5 meters wide and 3.3 meters thick. The clear width of the roadway is 29.625 meters.
