The Changtanhe Bridge crosses the Loushui River, a tributary of the Lishui River, just north of Cili City in Hunan Province. The crossing is part of the G59 Luci Expressway between Yichang and Zhangjiajie.
Loushui Bridge Changtanhe has a main span of 280 meters on towers as tall as 210 meters.
