Located along the older national road S102 / G347, the Fenshuihe arch bridge is part of a short bypass that avoided a steeper and more dangerous descent down into the Fenshui River canyon. The two lane route spans the river on a concrete arch that was built in segments that were lowered into place from a highline. Each parallel rib is made up of 7 arch segments with a span to rise ration of 1:6. The total length of the bridge is 210 meters.

In 2024 the parallel Fenshuihe Bridge Wuyuankai opened with a main steel beam span of 90 meters.
