Tixigou Bridge is a high beam bridge that overlooks the famous Wu River canyon in Chongqing Province with a maximum pier height of 90 meters. The 150 meter span beam bridge is part of the new G65 expressway link that goes south from Penshui City to the Youyang to Yanhe Expressway. Just 4.6 kilometers northwest of Tixigou Bridge is the giant Wujiang Bridge Mozhai, one of the highest extradosed bridges in the world.
There are more high bridges over the Wujiang then any other river on earth.
