Wujiao Pipeline Bridge is the highest pipeline bridge in the world with a deck 405 meters high. The spindly structure has a deck made of welded sheet metal panels approximately 1.5 meters wide and was built to carry water across a deep canyon at the mouth of a major Jinshajiang tributary that flows into the deep reservoir that was formed by the giant Xiluodu Dam near Leibo City.

With a height of 285.5 meters, Xiluodu is among the 5 tallest concrete dams in the world and is located on the border of Sichuan and Yunnan Provinces.

Prior to this bridge the highest pipeline bridge was the now defunct Hegigio Pipeline Bridge that spanned a 393 meter deep gorge in Papua New Guinea.
