Guaitara Bridge is one of the largest of several major cantilevered beam spans that were built as part of an upgrade to the older Rumichaca – Pasto highway in the mountainous Narino region of Colombia. The project started in 2015 with the final bridges opening in 2021. The main construction contractor was Consorcio SH.

The dual Guaitara Bridge are 310 and 281 meters long.

The 3 other high beam spans on the route include Boquerón, Porvenir and Magdalena Bridges. Although not as high, the Sapuyes Bridge is also large with a main span of 100 meters.
