Located midway between Wanxian and Liangping, the Guanjiagou Bridge is the westernmost high bridge on the G42 expressway. Guanjiagou has 11 short spans of 40 meters supported on several tall piers that go to the canyon floor. The total length of the bridge is 464 meters.

Guanjiagou is a sister bridge to the Ganningshuiku Bridge located just to the east with the same tower and span design. Both bridges cross the upper end of a reservoir.
