Located in a remote region of Hunan Province, the Tianmenshan Viewing Platform is a variation on the popular U-shaped overlook with the inside of the platform closed in with the glass panels spread around the outside periphery of the overlook. The platform is located on top of a massive dome of rock with no trees.
The Guilin Tianmenshan Overlook can only be reached by a short gondola ride up from the Zijiang River station.
