One of the largest bridges on the railway line between Taiyuan and Yinchuan in Shaanxi Province, the Kuahekou Miaoshuiku Railway Bridge is located between 2 reservoirs approximately 40 meters south of the G20 Qingyin expressway.

The long viaduct stretches for 3,559 meters with a central span configuration of 96+ 168+ 96 meters resting on piers 85 and 69 meters tall. The parallel highway bridge is about 90 meters high and has spans of 40 meters.
