Shuanglong Bridge crosses the famous Daninghe River about 20 kilometers north of its confluence with the Yangtze River in the 3 Gorges region of Chongqing.
The steel box rib span supports a 2-lane local route near the city of Shuanglongzhen. Dozens of tour boats travel beneath the bridge over the deep waters of the reservoir formed by the 3 Gorges Dam.
