One of Italy's oldest high bridges, the classic Vittoria arch bridge opened in 1923 across a deep crevasse in the Lombardy Alps of Italy.  The 2-lane crossing consists of two catenary arch ribs of 53.6 meters with a total length of 75 meters including side spans.
