The Yundingtianqiong Glass Viewing Platform is currently the longest span cantilevered glass platform in the world at 118 meters surpassing the 108 meter long Yanoda Glass Viewing Platform.
In 2019 the Lingjiangyuan Glass Viewing Platform had a record cantilevered length of 79 meters. Also opened in 2019 is the Xianrenjie Glass Viewing Platform with a 91.8 meter cantilevered length. Back in 2017 the record was held by the 75 meter long Wansheng Glass Platform.
The platform can be reached after ascending a mountain on two ropeways. The overlook gives fantastic views of the Thousand Island Lake Scenic area formed by the creation of the Xin'anjiang Reservoir in Zhejiang Province.
