Yunqiao is one of several large 6-lane bridges that will make it easy to access the Bijie Airport and high speed train station. Work has been intermittent since 2018 but once work resumes the crossing will likely be made via a large concrete arch.

Bijie has become a hot spot for high bridges with at least a dozen completed and more to come.
