The Yangjiao Railway Bridge is the highest railway span in Eastern China. Located in mountainous Fujian Province, the 498.6 meter long structure consists of a central span configuration of 88+160+88 meters on piers as tall as 110.5 meters. The full height of the bridge is partially hidden beneath the Hongkou reservoir.
