Nanminghe Bridge is one of the few large beam bridges on the mountainous Guiping East Guiyang Ring Road Expressway in Guizhou Province. The central pier of 175 meters is tied for the third tallest cantilevered beam pier in Guizhou Province along with the Tongzihe Bridge Erlangxiang and the Erhaihe Bridge. The Hezhang Bridge has the tallest Guizhou beam bridge pier at 195 meters and the Qingchi Bridge has a pier 176 meters tall.
