Duilonghe Bridge is the highest crossing on a bypass expressway between Kunming and the nearby city of Songming. The new 6-lane expressway will allow traffic to avoid the busy G56 expressway that heads northeast out of Kunming City.
The tallest pier measures 84 meters and supports a central span configuration of 73+135+73 meters with 40 meter approach spans.
