Montanesi Bridge was completed in 1965 as part of an upgrade to the A7 Autostrada between Genoa and Milan, Italy. The 2-lane bridge carries northbound traffic across a deep gully while the southbound traffic uses the older 2-lane multi-arch bridge from the 1930s.

The 378 meter long viaduct has six spans of 53 meters and one span of 58 meters. Designed by A. Passaro, the beams were prestressed using the Freyssinet system with twelve 7mm diameter wires. The piers measure 8 meters by 3 meters.
