One of Nepal's least known high-level footbridge spans, the Myagdi crossing opened in 2019 to connect the remote villages between Beni Municipality No. 2 with Baglung Municipality No. 5. The bridge has a total length of 260 meters and was built by contractor Narahari Khadka.

Located several kilometers to the south at Baglung is the 567 meter long Gandaki Golden Footbridge, the longest footbridge span ever built in Asia. The entire Kali Gandaki River gorge region between Baglung and Kushma has become a museum of Nepal-style footbridges with at least 9 major spans of notable length and height.
