Shijing Bridge is one of two large beam crossings several kilometers south of the Yellow River Three Gorges Bridge single tower suspension bridge. The stiffened truss crossing is the world's longest half span suspension bridge with a tower to anchor length of 510 meters. The Yellow River crossing is the main structure on the 6-lane Jixin Expressway between Jiyuan and Xin'an in Henan Province.

Just to the south of Shijing Bridge is the slightly larger Louminghe Bridge.
